Due to our public relations efforts, 65 new ENT doctors have joined our department from 2003 to 2021.In terms of education, we introduced learn-er-participatory interactive lessons in 2016. Zoom group discussions were carried out under the COVID-19 calamity in 2020 (Figure 12). Every year, we hold a training camp for new ENT doctors (Figure 13), a surgical training course using donated bodies, and a surgical training course for general anesthesia using pigs.
